Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
Group Analyst
About Me
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist and group analyst, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can connect, heal, and grow. Using proven psychotherapy techniques, I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of both individuals and groups.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate, whether due to changing circumstances, unsettling past or present events, or emotions that feel unmanageable or unclear. Therapy offers an opportunity to build resilience, empowering you to face life’s challenges and grow through the process. Together, we’ll co-create a path toward a more fulfilling and joyful life.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a registered (UKCP) Psychotherapist and Group Analyst, and I adhere to their ethical framework to ensure safe, professional, and compassionate practice.
I am a full member of the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA) and the Group Analytic Society international (GASi)
I currently work as a Psychotherapist and Group Analyst within the NHS, in higher education, and as a supervisor at a training institute.
I work with both individuals and groups, specialising in addressing a broad range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, and depression. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who have an inquisitive mindset and a desire to explore and understand themselves more deeply.
Further Information
Undertaking therapy of any kind is rarely easy. It takes courage to look at yourself, especially in the presence of someone you don’t know. To help you decide if I am the right therapist for you, I offer a 15-minute complimentary consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss your needs and see how we might work together.
